This information is obtained only to improve your experience with Guardian Grounds Ranch & Camp Comrade. All answers are kept confidential and only utilized to provide services needed, or suggest opportunities to you.

Client services are confidential. Written authorization is required from you to release any information.


  • Property Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damages to the cabin during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

  • Noise Policy: Guests must keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10pm, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests may smoke outside only. Cigar time by the fire is encouraged!

  • Pet Policy: Some pets are allowed in the cabin with prior approval. Guests must clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash when outside.

  • Maximum Occupancy Policy: Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit, and guests should not exceed this limit at any time.

  • Check-In/Check-Out Policy: Check-in time is typically 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Guests must adhere to these times unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Maintenance Policy: Guests should promptly report any maintenance issues to the property management team for timely resolution.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel all the way up until the day of your stay. Please let us know as soon as you can though so we can adjust future reservations and accommodations.

  • Amenities Policy: Guests are expected to respect all amenities and use them responsibly. Any misuse may result in charges.

  • Inappropriate behavior is at the property owners discretion and will not be tolerated and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.


  • Emergency Contact Policy: In case of emergency, guests should contact the property management team immediately for assistance. Wes Drake (346) 280-2295 or Jason Corthell (346) 412-2848.

  • The tenant agrees to use the accommodation only for personal purposes and not for any commercial or rental purposes.

  • The tenant agrees to respect the property and belongings of the owner and to leave the accommodation in the same condition (or better) as it was upon arrival.

  • The tenant agrees to abide by any rules or regulations set forth by the owner or property management.

  • The tenant agrees to notify the owner of any damages or issues that arise during their stay.

  • The owner reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time if the recipient fails to comply with the terms outlined.

  • The recipient acknowledges that the owner is providing the accommodation free of charge and is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during their stay.

Where does my money go?

Our board members are volunteers and 100% of your funds go toward creating the ability to provide services directly to Veterans and First Responders through our 501c3 campgrounds. We are committed to transparency and finances matter. We vow to spend all money judiciously, and only to further the mission of helping our brothers and sisters in need.

How do I get help?
